Predrag Miladinović

Predrag Miladinović is one of the Management Board members and the Regional Center for Environmental Law Corporate Sector Director.
Predrag is a senior partner in Vuković & Partners Law Firm and is the Head of the banking and finance department.
He specialises in acquisition and management of NPL portfolios and distressed assets. He advises in all segments of company law, and he primarily focuses on advising clients in procedures of acquiring portfolios of NPLs and distressed assets, starting with the initial stages of transactions and negotiations to drafting sales contracts and finalising transactions.
Predrag graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law.
