Amina Nikolajev

Amina Nikolajev is a member of the Regional Council and an expert in environmental and energy law at the Regional Center for Environmental Law.
She is an associate professor at the University of Sarajevo Faculty of Law.
She is the Head of the Legal and Economic Sciences Department at the University of Sarajevo Faculty of Law. She teaches subjects in the fields of law and economy in undergraduate, master and doctoral studies.
She participated in a number of international conferences in the fields of law and economy and taught in summer schools dedicated to environmental issues.
She is coordinating the Environmental law clinic at the University of Sarajevo Faculty of Law that has a goal of training students to apply environmental legislation in practice, especially the Aarhus Convention, through working on practical cases.
She is currently engaged on the ‘Nature situational assessment and natural resource management in Bosnia and Herzegovina’ project.
