We are proud to present a new specialized online platform – RCEL Energy Institute, dedicated to the legal aspects of the green transition, energy policies, and climate change. The platform is available within the RCEL website and represents a new space for the development of expert analyses, publications, and dialogue on key issues related to the energylaw.
The objective of the RCEL Energy Institute platform is to contribute to a better understanding and development of the legal framework that accompanies the energy transition and climate policies, particularly in the context of aligning national legislation with European Union law. The platform will enable the systematic collection, analysis, and public presentation of legal issues relevant to reform processes, including analyses of the regulatory framework, proposals for its improvement, as well as practical tools that support the implementation of European standards.
The platform will feature expert publications, legislative analyses, public policy commentaries, and other materials related to energy and climate law. In addition, RCEL Energy Institute will serve as a space for organizing online events, expert discussions, and presentations of publications dedicated to the legal aspects of the green transition.
Through this platform, we aim to contribute to greater transparency and awareness of the legal dimensions of energy and climate policies, while encouraging dialogue based on facts and expert arguments. In this way, RCEL continues to strengthen its role as a relevant actor in reform processes and in supporting Serbia’s alignment with European Union standards in the field of the green transition. We invite all interested experts, researchers, institutions, organizations, companies, and other stakeholders working in the field of energy and climate law to join the platform and propose forms of cooperation in line with its objectives. The RCEL Energy Institute is envisioned as an open space for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and initiatives that contribute to the development of the legal framework for the green transition.
